One-time payments: Certain courses, workshops or features may be available for a one-time payment. One-time payments grant you access to specific content or services without ongoing billing. Details of one-time payments and access duration will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase.

Subscription plans: The App offers various subscription plans for access to learning modules, workshops, masterclasses and other services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees based on your chosen plan.

Payment: Subscription fees and one-time payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method.

Billing cycle: Subscription fees are billed on a periodic basis. If you choose an annual plan, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase, while monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each month.

Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel it. You will be notified prior to renewal and can opt-out of automatic renewal through your account settings.

Refund eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not accessed more than 5% of the content. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

Refund process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for courses or content accessed, downloaded or streamed before the cancellation request. Refunds are not applicable for annual subscriptions after the first 3 days.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content available on the App for personal and professional development. All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions: You agree not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from AAOIFI. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or alter the App or its content.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Distribute malware, viruses or other harmful code.

Harass, abuse or harm other users.

Post or share inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content in the discussion forum or any other interactive features.
